Q: How do I purchase?

For local Bruneians, you can either come directly to our boutique or simply select, add to cart and confirm your order!

Q : Do you do international deliveries?

Yes, we do! Kindly email team@coveredbyannisa.com to inform us of your desired pieces, and we’ll take it from there.

Payments

Q : How do I make payment?

For in-store collection: By cash, or through Direct Internet Transfer.

For online purchases: We are currently accepting payments via BIBD Direct Internet Transfer or manual Bank-in (CDM). Paypal coming soon!

For delivery (international): Send us an e-mail!

Important: For Direct Bank Transfers, please kindly remember to send us a screenshot of your receipt either to our WhatsApp contact number +673 8999055 or our email pay@coveredbyannisa.com.

Process

Q : How long does it take to process my order?

Once you have made your payment, kindly allow a one (1) working day for CbA to process your order. This is applicable for both in-store collection and delivery. Alternatively, for orders that need to be delivered, kindly wait for the confirmation of delivery date via SMS and/or E-mail.

Shipping and Delivery

A flat rate of BND4.00 is charged for all orders within Brunei Darussalam. Please kindly take note that deliveries are made TWICE per week – every Monday and Thursday. Please also be informed that one (1) working day is required for CbA to process your order before delivery can be made.

Cancellation

Q : Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can BUT only within 24 hours of booking. Please kindly allow another one (1) working day for refunds to be made.

Q : How do I cancel my order?

You should contact the Covered Team via SMS / WhatsApp immediately so orders will not be processed. For orders that opt for postal delivery, we will need you to return the items IF the items have been delivered during the cancellation. Postage for return items will NOT be borne by CoveredbyAnNisa.
